Hey! So Glad You're Here.

Hey there! I'm Erica (aka: @momthatsigns)! I'm a wife and a mama to two beautiful girls, one of which happens to be Deaf. I'm making this blog to solely stand as a place where I can record the interactions we'll be building together that help connect hearing families of DHH children, like my own, and the Deaf community. Professionals surrounding DHH children can also join in, because right now we do not have nearly enough that are willing to see advice from the Deaf community. However, I'd like this to focus more on the families and will make sure to keep that in mind when choosing the questions to post. If you haven't seen the platform yet, I invite you to check out my very first post "Anonymous Deaf Chat Introduction" for all of the instructions and how-to's. This is an exciting experience and I want to thank all of the Deaf adults that are willing to contribute to the well-being of our children. Your experiences and opinions are important and vital.
